Double-control + automatic proofing building materials non-combustible test furnace
Scope of application:
The test furnace is developed in accordance with the technical indicators and requirements specified in the national standard GB/T5464-2010. It is applicable to the specified test method for evaluating the combustion performance of building materials under laboratory conditions, and suitable for testing the combustion performance grade of Class A fireproof materials in the GB8624 combustion performance grading of building materials.
Product function characteristics:
1.Dual Control Mode: Operable via touch screen or computer with easy mode switching. One device supports simultaneous operation of multiple computers for LAN sharing (user provides computer & printer; upper computer software, router, and network cable included with equipment).
2.Automatic Sample Handling: Features auto-release function to insert samples into the furnace after temperature stabilization. The sample basket rotates 90° automatically post-test for sample replacement. The process can be paused at any time, and the basket returns to the initial position.
3.Temperature Control: Employs microcomputer and silicon controlled technologies to adjust furnace body temperature via power regulation.
4.High Automation: Displays and records furnace surface temperature, sample center temperature, and real-time data during testing, with automatic operation prompts for each test step.
5.Historical Data & Temperature Balance: Queryable historical curves for automatic temperature balance judgment.
6.Safety & Usability: Safe, reliable test process with user-friendly operation.
7.Refractory Furnace: Custom-molded refractory furnace with excellent heat insulation performance.
8.Heating System: High-quality bar heaters enable furnace temperature to reach 900℃.
9.Software Control: PLC + NAbview professional software displays real-time curves of in-furnace temperature, sample center temperature, and sample surface temperature, supporting auto-control, data collection/processing, storage, and result output.
10.Observation Mirror: Top-mounted mirror for visualizing sample combustion in the furnace.
11.Thermocouples: Installed in-furnace thermocouple, sample center thermocouple, and sample surface thermocouple.
12.Thermocouple Scanner: 360° rotatable and liftable for precise positioning.
13.Air Stabilizer & Shield: Stainless steel inverted conical air stabilizer and cylinder guide shield.
