Falling Weight Test Equipment for Determination of the Impact Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipe and Fittings

Application:

The XJL Drop Hammer Impact Testing Machine features high reliability and precision, complying with technical requirements of ISO3127, ISO 6603, ISO4422, ISO 11343, ISO 8256, ISO 16422, ASTM D2444, ASTM D3763, ASTM D7136, EN 744, EN 1411, etc.

Test Procedure:

Adjust the height of the V-shaped specimen holder by manipulating the lifting bar on the foundation's side, then place the specimen (pipe) onto the holder.
Manually fine-tune the height of the specimen (pipe).
Perform automatic zero-setting.
Set the impact hammer's height and lift the hammer to its default position.
Release the hammer for impact.
