Instrument calibration:
Verify by the mass method: After installing the instrument (i.e., after completing steps 1 to 4 of the second item), place a small piece of paper on the platinum ring, set it to zero, and put a certain amount of weights on the small piece of paper. At this time, a certain tension value will be displayed. If this value is consistent with the calculated value, it indicates that the instrument has been adjusted properly. If not, open the upper cover and adjust the WK and WK on the circuit board. WK is a fine adjustment. WK is a rough adjustment (as shown in the circuit board diagram). Through repeated adjustments, make it consistent with the calculated value. For example: After adjusting zero, place a 500mg weight on the paper. At this time, the displayed value should be 40.8±0.1. If it is not this value, adjust the potentiometer to make it reach this value, and then the test of the liquid tension value can be carried out. Generally, if the tension value is within the allowable error range, no adjustment is necessary. When the instrument is used for the first time or after being placed for a long time before being used again, or when it is considered that the test results have a large error, the instrument should be calibrated.
