WZY-4030A CNC Sample Making Machine
The WZY-4030A CNC prototype is designed for manufacturing all types of blocks and specimens for material testing on non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and round specimens, as well as notches for impact specimens, and mill irregular surfaces into flat plates.
Using CNC technology, it controls a three-axis linkage system via a program controller, driving XYZ-axis motors and complemented by a high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision machining system. This enables the processing of various graphic samples with precision.
Proctable graphics:
1. Dumbbell Specimen
Supports production of almost all standard dumbbell-type specimens. The software has built-in dumbbell graphic programs, allowing processing via operation interface selection without requiring users to prepare machining programs—easy to operate and learn. Custom programs for special shapes can be arranged by contacting the manufacturer.
2. Rectangular Specimen
The most common is the 80×10 impact specimen. Select rectangular processing in the software, input length/width and other necessary parameters to start machining.
3. Round Sample Block
Most commonly used as a circular Vicat temperature test sample block. Select circular processing in the software, input diameter and other necessary parameters for machining.
4. Straight Cutting
Cutting operations can be controlled manually or via the linear machining function in the program to realize plate cutting.
5. Notch Processing
Supports standard notches for beam or cantilever beam specimens. The machine is equipped with R0.1, R0.25, and R1.00 standard notch milling cutters, enabling production of three notch types specified in standards on specimens.
6. Flat Milling
Irregular materials can be milled into flat surfaces by inputting the length, width, and thickness of the milling surface in the software.

4. Standard Tool Set
Comes with single-blade, double-blade milling cutters, and slotting cutters, suitable for processing various materials.
5. Dual Tooling Configurations
Includes two types of fixtures: one for flat plates and one for well-type plates, adapting to different material clamping needs.
