The Charpy Impact Testing Machine is primarily designed to measure the impact toughness of non-metallic materials including hard plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stones, and electrical insulation materials. It serves as ideal testing equipment for the chemical industry, scientific research institutions, universities, quality inspection departments, professional manufacturer laboratories, and other similar units. Featuring a Chinese character LCD screen for result display, it can store multiple sets of test results and is equipped with an automatic energy loss correction function. This pendulum impact testing machine boasts a simple structure, convenient operation, and accurate, reliable test data.
Working Principle:
A pendulum hammer with known energy strikes the sample supported on a horizontal beam, destroying the sample with a single impact. The impact point is centered between the two supports. By calculating the energy difference of the pendulum before and after impact, the energy absorbed by the sample during destruction is determined. The impact strength is then calculated based on the original cross-sectional area of the sample.
Instrument features:
The electronic impact testing machine applies circular grating angle measurement technology.
It features high accuracy, stable performance, and a wide measurement range.
It digitally shows impact strength, pre-elevation angle, rising angle, and average values.
It is equipped with an automatic energy loss correction function.
