Application:

Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine controls the servo valve via computer signals, regulating the servo valve's opening and direction to control the oil flow into the cylinder, achieving closed-loop control of constant-speed test force and constant-speed displacement. This enables mechanical property tests such as tensile, compression, and bending for metallic materials, non-metallic materials, product parts, components, structural parts, and standard parts.

Software main function characteristic description:

The measurement and control software is applied to microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines for various metal and non-metal tests, completing real-time measurement & display, real-time control, data processing, and result output according to corresponding standards.

(1) Different authority management: Operators at different levels have distinct operation authorities, with varying operational menus to simplify use for ordinary operators while effectively protecting the system.
(2) Real-time measurement & display: Monitors test force, peak values, displacement, and deformation in real time; achieves real-time acquisition and control under the platform, with accurate timing and high-speed sampling.
(3) Real-time curve display: Shows load-deformation, load-displacement, and other test curves on the screen, allowing easy observation, zooming in/out of curves.
(4) Parameter management: Enables computer storage, setting, and loading of test parameters; zero adjustment and calibration via software. Parameters can be stored and transferred conveniently, supporting seamless switching between multiple sensors on one host with no quantity restrictions.
(5) Multiple control modes: Supports open-loop displacement and closed-loop control modes (constant speed force, stress, etc.), providing standard reference curves during closed-loop parameter setup for users to observe parameter impacts on closed-loop effects.
(6) Intelligent test process control: Features an expert system for setting control modes and an automatic programming tool for professional users. Users can flexibly combine control methods and speeds per actual needs, and the software automatically controls the test process based on user settings.
